About one in eight women (12 percent) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime. Though not as common, a man's risk of being diagnosed with invasive breast cancer is one in 1,000.1 Breast cancer is a very real, and very scary disease, and that's why we at Allen Samuels Chevrolet Waco and the entire Chevrolet community are very serious about taking steps toward awareness and finding a cure.
This month, we're running the Chevrolet #IDriveFor campaign. For every new Chevrolet test drive, Chevrolet will contribute $10 toward the American Breast Cancer Society. Drivers must be 21 or older with a valid license to participate. So, if you've had your mind on that Chevrolet Silverado during Chevy Truck Month or you want to see what the buzz is about the Chevrolet Equinox, you can visit our Waco, TX dealership and experience it for yourself--and contribute to an important cause in the process.
Whether you're coming in for a test drive or you're on the road in your current Chevrolet, who do you drive for in the name of defeating breast cancer? Thank you for taking the time to learn about this initiative. Share this blog post with friends, too, to help raise awareness!
If you haven't already, subscribe to our blog so you don't miss a beat. In addition to breast cancer awareness, we're also supporters of local organizations and we even offer a college discount for students and Educator Discount Program for educators, faculty, administrators, and support staff in the area. Visit us for details!
